The route’s starting point and parking are near the horse hospital. Once you begin your stroll through the fields, you’ll encounter horses that are eager to greet humans and will happily come up to you. They are friendly and usually let people pet them.
The route is picturesque and diverse: you will walk in the forest, on the duckboards, up and down the hills, and see, besides horses, lakes, and a huge amount of old black stones, that were used in construction in the 19th century.
They say the route is challenging, but I think it is not that hard for people who are not newbies to hiking. This circuit is approximately 12km and takes 3-4 hours to complete, plus stops. There are few specially equipped grill places, at least one proper forest toilet, and the whole circuit is marked, so you will not get lost.
