Askolan Hiidenkirnut — an unusual and interesting place perfect for a day hike. The main sightseeing is a rocky slope with twenty potholes that appeared there after the last ice age.
The route from the parking lot goes through the forest, is marked, picturesque, and not difficult, though it has a lot of ups and downs.
The rocky slope with a set of cylindrical glacial potholes is not as large-scaled as it may seem but is still worth seeing.
Be ready for a lot of uncomfortable stairs and it would be better to come during dry weather so that potholes will be empty.
